La Fattorina is a professional machine for kneading and extruding pasta in different formats.
It’s ideal for small catering and domestic use, compact but professional, with steel structure.
After pouring the ingredients into the bowl, the machine kneads automatically for about 5 minutes, then the drawing begins.
The machine guarantees maximum hygiene since the parts in contact with the dough, easily removable for cleaning, are made of stainless steel.
The sales package includes the Reduction Ring N°010 needed to use our 45mm bronze dies and Three Premium Die 45mm
It is not possible to use all Pom dies and Die N° 228 Amori on this machine.
