VIP2 is a professional machine for kneading and extruding pasta in different formats.
It’s ideal for small and medium-sized restaurants, compact but professional, with a steel structure, it follows the construction principles and design of the “La Fattorina” model.
Increased in size and productivity, it produces 9 kg / hour and kneads 3 kg at a time.

The machine guarantees maximum hygiene since the parts in contact with the dough, easily removable for cleaning, are made of stainless steel.

With this machine it is possible to use only dedicated dies of 63mm of diameter.
